RETURNS

Returns may be made within 14 days from the receipt of the order by following these instructions. When you wish to exchange an item, you can only do so by returning your purchased item according to the steps mentioned below and order the new item from our webshop.

1. Contact us via support@crownade.com for instructions on preparing te return process after accepting your request.

2. Print your prepaid shipping label. It will be sent to you by email

3. Pack the items in the same box that you received it in using the return label. If you have lost the return label or you need any additional help, please contact our Customer Service.

4. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label.

5. Schedule your return by choosing the available options via DHL Express.

6. You will receive a tracking number by email to follow your return.

7. Returned items will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

8. If you have not received a shipping label or it is not downloadable from your ‘MY CROWN’ account, please contact us

Returned items must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

• Please remember that all items must be in original condition, with original tags attached and with their protective coating intact (when applicable). Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

• Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note:
• The costs for returning the products shall be borne by the Client.
• If you use a different courier service than specified, CROWN cannot be held liable.
